  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@canadelic.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be processed.
  • Canadelic covers the cost of return shipping.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Shipping costs will be fully refunded if the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

  • For exchanges (such as size, color, or preference), please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in returning the original item and completing the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
